TitanGame Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1 All digital products purchased through TitanGame (including game accounts, digital memberships, subscription services, and similar virtual content) are considered non-returnable digital goods.

1.2 Due to the nature of these products, once delivery is completed or product usage has started, the right of cancellation and refund is not applicable. This is in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation and relevant consumer protection laws.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refund or replacement may be exceptionally applied under the following circumstances:

2.1 If the product cannot be delivered or is incomplete/incorrect due to technical errors,

2.2 If the delivered product is clearly inconsistent with the description and content stated at the time of purchase,

2.3 If the user is technically unable to access the delivered account credentials,

2.4 If the delivered credentials are altered immediately after delivery by third parties without user involvement.

Note: In such cases, a replacement will be offered as the first option. If replacement is not technically feasible, a refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will be automatically rejected under the following circumstances:

3.1 Misunderstanding the product type due to not reading the product description (e.g., expecting a key instead of an account),

3.2 Requests based solely on dissatisfaction or unmet expectations after accessing the product,

3.3 Any changes made by the user to the account (e.g., email, password, security settings) within the warranty period,

3.4 Sharing or transferring the account to third parties, or using it for commercial purposes,

3.5 Platform-related issues such as game updates, suspensions, or access restrictions,

3.6 Claims based on false expectations despite clear product labeling and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions during purchase.

4. Application Process and Deadline

4.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the customer support system within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

4.2 Applications must include the order number, delivery details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

4.3 Based on the evaluation, either a replacement or refund option will be offered.

4.4 TitanGame reserves the right to request additional information or documentation if necessary.

5. Payment and Refund Process

5.1 Approved refunds will only be processed via the original payment method used in the order.

5.2 Processing time may take between 1 to 5 business days depending on your payment provider.

5.3 Identity verification may be required before issuing a refund.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

6.1 This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

6.2 In case of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
